Pero nakakatawa lang talaga, eh.
Ang galing! Haha!

It was jazz an ordinary day.

The skies were clear, the birds were chipping. Ang ganda-ganda
ng araw! Nasa SM ako noon at katatapos ko lang mamili ng groceries.
Timing naman nasa foodcore si Angel Locsin, nagpro-provoke ng movie
nya. Grabe, andaming fans, pull-packed talaga! Dahil fans nya rin ako,
nakipila rin ako.

Then suddenly, out of the loo, may bumulong sa akin ng:
"Indaaaayyyy. ....."

Huh? It sounded like a familiar sound. Who can it be now?

"Dodong!" sigaw ko.

Napalakas yata voice ko. Kasi the other fans turned their backs to
their behind at napatingin sa amin. Sabi ko "Sorry, I didn't mean to be
loud and proud." Hinawakan na lang ni Dodong ang kamay ko at lumayo
kami from the crowd.

"Kamusta na Inday? Do you come here open?" tanong nya.

"Bihira lang, Dodong. I'm just droppings by. Ethnic ang schedule ko eh" sabi ko.

Memories came flushing in my mind. How can I forget to remember
Dodong? Siya na may mata ni Piolo, dimple ni Aga, at bigote ni Rex
Cortez. He's every woman's dreamboat. I was just starting my tour of
duty kay ate noon nang unang makilala ko si Dodong. Contraction worker
siya sa ginagawang bahay sa tapat namin. Naging kami for a while then
after that were not an item anymore.

"Tanghali na Inday. What did you say we have lunch together?" tanong ni Dodong.

Sa restaurant, nilapitan kaagad kami ng waiter.

"What's your odor sir?" sabi nung waiter kay Dodong.

"Reality chess, Dodong. May asawa na ako, si Jay. As a mother of fact, I'm happily married" pagmamalaki ko.

"Di na pwede yung tulad ng dati. Sorry pero I didn't expect you
still have more feelings than I expected. i don't want you getting the
way. Past is fast. Therefore, cause and defect." dagdag ko pa.

Tumahimik sya. Parang may language barrel na namagitan sa amin. The
seconds that passed seemed like fraternity. Di nagla-on, nagsalita na
rin sya.

"I don't care less!" sigaw ni Dodong.

Shocks, give me a brake! The nerd ng taong ito para sigawan ako! To
think it's his other woman that caused our separation to part.

Kinabahan na ako. I felt speedbumps all over my body and was having
panic attach. Tinalikuran ko siya at nagmadali akong lumakad palayo.
Pero sumunod pa rin siya like a monkey on my butt. Hanggang sa makakita
ako ng security guard. Biglang nawala si Dodong.

"Excuse me kuya, pwedeng magtanong?" sabi ko sa mamang guard.

"Of course miss, I can help you with my pleasure." sagot niya.

"Saan po ba ang exit? Could you point me to the right erection? I got lost in my eyes."

"Diretso lang." sabi niya. "Then turn right anytime with care."

"Thanks for your corporation" sabi ko.

Buti na lang nandun si kuya. Pero saglit lang, I smell something
peachy. As I turned, nakita ko na namang nakasunod si Dodong! Delaying
static lang pala kanina ang pag disappear nya.

"Nyahahaha! You can run but you can hide, Inday. No matter where you go, there you are!" pananakot nya.

Oh no, is this the end? This is too much, I feel degradable. My world started falling afar.

Then suddenly, Jay come from behind! Dodong was caught to the act! In the matter of minute, it's all over. I'm out of arm's way.

"Thanks Jay, my love. But how did you?" bago pa man ako matapos, sabi niya:
"I was in the neighborhood. Fans din ako ni Angel eh. I heard you
shout but at first I didn't give it a thought. Pero nang makita ko
kayong magkahawak ng holding hands, then i give it a thought. I
know something is a missed."

From then on, Dodong did not brother me again. In fact, he didn't even sister me. As in platonic at wala na talaga.

Pero kami ni Jay, heto, shoot sailing pa rin ang relationship. Lalo
pa ngayon, open na kami sa isa't-isa at walang exhibitions. i feel I'm
on cloud!

So kanina, PATAFA. Joined the 1000m na walking. Mga 250m palang, disqualified na. Hahaha funny yun. Ayus lang, di naman ako trained walker, eh.

Tas hurdles. OKEY. First lane. Kakapunta ko pa lang sa lane ko tas biglang.. "PWESTO! Handa... PAK!"

1st hurdle: Tumama yung lead leg. Tumba, man! May kasamang roll sa floor. Then tayo agad.
2nd hurdle: Cleared pero sabit yung trail. I still remember, dahil sa pagsabit ng trail ko, lumampas pako sa lane ko after clearing.
3rd hurdle: Lead leg nanaman. Tsaka speed. Ayun. Nag-superman lang naman.
4th hurdle: Ayun. Hindi nagalaw. HAHAHA.

After falling for the 2nd time, wala na. Didn't finish the race. Wala ng point yun, eh. Asa 3rd hurdle ako, lumilipad, samantalang sila asa 8th na ata or tapos na. So I went back to the team. Before I reached the stairs, bumababa na sila Roni, Rose.. They were like, "Okay ka lang ba?" Yeah I got some abrasions on both knees, right shoulder, and right hip. Pero chicken yun. Didn't care. :| Ayus lang sakin masugatan, eh. (Sugat ah, wag injury pleaaase haha)

Pero shit. Walang tatalo sa disappointment and embarassment. :|

ASAR LANG TALAGA, EH. Sa training, kayang-kaya naman. Tsaka, puta, FIRST hurdle? WHAT KIND IS THAT!? (English ng "anong klase yon?" hahahaha) Tas napunit pa number ko haha.

Pag-akyat ko.. took my other pair of shoes, my jug, tas punta ako sa bleachers kung san sila nakaupo. Damn. Ang hirap na magpakita ng mukha nung time na yun. Solid. Tas napapaluha pako so mas mahirap magpakita ng mukha kasi never pa nila akong nakitang hindi hyper or hindi tumatawa or hindi gago. Rose was even saying deep words na mas nagpapaluha pa! Haha. She said something like, "The harder you fall, the higher you bounce." Shet, naks naman Rose! Hahaha. Thanks, though.

Tas nasabihan pako ni Ato kanina, "Practice sa monday, ah! Ayoko na maulit yung nangyari kanina." Haha deads naaaaaaa. :))

Chesapeak - I called my friend who has a Japanese boss. Me: “Hello, is Tina there?” Boss: “She is present in the office, but absent on her desk right now.”
Doorknob - Someone called our home phone and asked, “Hello, puwede makipag-penpal?”
Beth - My friend called her boyfriend’s house. Friend: “Hello, si Tonton?” Girl: “Sino ‘to?” Friend: “Si Tintin. Eh ito, sino ‘to?” Girl: “Si Tantan.”
Selle - Someone called and asked, “Puwede kay Anna?” I replied, “Walang Anna dito.” The caller then said, “Ay…alam mo ba number niya?”

Curt Smith - We were listening to the radio at the office when my officemate changed the dial and started picking up a conversation between our v.p. & his secret mistress. That’s how we discovered their love affair. Our v.p. was using a wireless phone, maybe that had the same frequency of the radio.

From the hospital, the wife called home just to test kung magri-ring kasi naisira yung phone, and dapat that day maaayos. After 2 rings, she was shocked when a little child answered and said “hello”. No name - It happened during my birthday a couple of years ago. While I was driving to a restaurant to celebrate with family, I was puzzled why cars, buses and jeepneys were all honking at me three times. When I got to the restaurant I found at the back of my car a note that said, “Honk three times to greet me. It’s my birthday!” My officemates put it. It really made my day.
Em-em Unggoy - While on a jeepney stuck in traffic, I saw this note on a wall: “BAWAL UMEHE DETO. PAG LALAKE, POPOTOLEN. PAG BABAE, TATAHEEN”.
Jose de vengenge - Sa sidewalk: “Bawal umihi dito.” And near it: “Dito pwede.” Another sidewalk: “Bawal omehe deto, mahole potul tete.”

Put them together, and voila, you get your porn star name. My first dog ever was named Ginger, and the street in Cubao where I was born, was named Detroit. So my porn star name? “Ginger Detroit”! Well, at least that’s the game. Of course after a couple of batches, people just ditched the whole concept altogether and just started making up porn star names, and making up their own rules.

The profile must include the following and be presented in the following order:

The name of the Institution/NGO/Government Agency
Picture of Logo/trademark, if any
Institutional Aims

What is the raison d’être of the institution?
Vision, Mission, and Objectives
“special charism”

Special Programs of the Institution:

Write everything that they do.
Regular Programs and Activities (those done on a weekly/daily basis)
Special Programs and Activities (those done on an annual/once-in-a-while basis)

The profile will make up 40 out of the 100 points of the project grade. The main criteria here would be comprehensiveness and extensiveness. In other words, the data must be as complete as possible.

Though not required, you may present the profile in a more creative manner like a scrapbook, brochure, or video presentation. Being creative will earn you at most three points bonus. But make sure that your creativity will not jeopardize the completeness of the data.

If not present in a creative manner, the profile must be presented on a short bond paper. You may use creative fonts for the proper nouns like the name of the institution or programs. It would greatly help if you present the actual trademark (if any) of the institution or programs. The organization of data will be up to you. What is important is that the profile will not be “sabog”. There should be proper headings. See a sample below.

Pictures of their programs will also greatly help.

Reflection Paper

This must be presented like an ordinary reflection paper. Follow the usual format. Although not strictly so, a good paper would be about 2 to 3 pages. Usually if it is less than two pages, the paper is lacking depth and insight, and more than three, the paper begins to babble.

Criteria would be the same as the ordinary reflection paper: Sapientia et Eloquentia. Sapientia is worth 45 points, while Eloquentia is worth 15. Be sure that you write personally and insightfully. As much as possible, write creatively. Boring papers are so taxing to the teacher.

Went to school earlier.

My dad drove us to school. Sa passenger seat ako. He still doesn't know. Hanggang ngayon, hindi niya alam.
All the way to school, I was quiet. Naka-stare lang sa labas para kunwari sumasight-seeing.

When we got to school, I can't look at anyone. 'Di ko matignan mga tao sa mata.
So I walked across the Sports Com. towards my friends (Blaire, Mikey, Trisha.....). Since we were first years, kami na mga magkakasama sa umaga. So there, I said my hello-es to them and just sat on the 2nd level of the bleacher. Wierd 'cause I was quiet. It was sooooo hard to smile back to my friends. They were happy, eh. And I can't risk having to see their smiles turn upside-down because of my bad news. So they did not know. And still, I can't look at their eyes.

Others left early. They asked me if I would like to join them on the way to the classrooms. I declined. I don't know why. Maybe I just wanted to be alone. So yun.
Then, 7am. I asked Mon and Au, "Pwede na ba umakyat?". They said yes. So I left na. I didn't bother saying "Bye, akyat na ako" to everyone else na natira. Umakyat ako mag-isa.
I walked through the Kalachuchi Area. Yeah, I saw friends one the way to my classroom. But I didn't bother approaching them and greet. I just waited for them to see me and I would just nod my head as a response.

I reached my classroom. I think I was the 4th person to arrive. I went to my locker, put my bag there, took out my books and notebooks for the first three subjects. I opened the windows even if it was not my duty. More of my classmates walked in and still I can't keep my head up and look at them.

I went outside the classroom to see if Punky, Gabi, and Dandan are in their classrooms already. They weren't. I went back to my classroom, sat on my chair for like a minute or two. Then went outside to check, again. I saw Gabi and called her out of her classroom. While she was approaching, I can't help but break down. I told Gabi, "Wala na ako sa team." She comforted me, thanks Gabi!

Then I remembered it was Dandan's birthday. We went to the next classroom to greet her. Then there. When I saw my friends from my class last year, I became okay.

I think na kaya the whole morning hindi ko matignan yung mga tao sa mata was because they would see the brokenness in mine. Yung iba kasi, hindi talaga nila ako nakikitang malungkot or umiiyak. Kaya mahirap magpakita sa kanila na ganun ako nun.

So, sorry if parang in a way you felt bad today because you saw me sad. Haha, wala na yun next time.

Sad, kasi nasayang yung 3 years ko na investment.
Sayang kasi bumili pa ako ng 3 sets of jerseys nung latter part ng summer. Tas, bumili pa ako ng bagong volleyball shoes.
Sad kasi 'di na ako muna makakapag-volleyball. (SA INTRAMS NALANG HAHA OYEHH)
Sad ako kasi yung teammates ko will have to be under Coach Mac.

Kanina, we asked her to explain to us. So we went to classroom 1-3.
There, she talked in-front of all of us.

She said (not exact words pero eto yung intention):
"I will have to do this. You can hate me all you want but this cut-off will happen"

"I'm just here as your coach because that's my job; that's all I can and will do. I will not comfort you or whatever because I am just your coach. I am not going to involve myself with you. Trabaho ko is to coach you not to be the one who comforts you."
--- Gusto ko sana sabihin sa kanya kanina na.. "Coach sorry kaso ang pagkakaalam ko kasi, sa isang TEAM, merong Coach at merong Players. ONE TEAM YON. So bakit pa tayo sumisigaw ng ONETEAM?! Bakit niloloko lang natin sarili natin?" But nooooo, di ko nasabi. Kasi it wouldn't matter. She would even think I'm offending her or disrespecting her.

---Dagdag ko pa sana, ehh.. "Coach, kala ko ba open ka? You told us na we could tell you anything. You told us not to keep secrets from you. That way, we'd be a great team. But how come ganito na nangyayare? We're afraid of speaking our mind especially if you will hear it or know about it. Tapos ngayon you're telling us that YOU ARE JUST OUR COACH? That you're not going to involve yourself with us? PANO TAYO MAGIGING ONETEAM NIYAN?!" I was screaming everything in my head. Dahil sa hindi ko masabi yung gusto ko, lumabo paningin ko kasi punung-puno na.

So sinabi na rin niya yung 20 na kukunin niya. Yep, 20. 15 yung sa WNCAA. Yung 5, i-ttrain niya para sa WNCAA next year.
She was reading it alphabetically.
Happy ako, natawag si Claud! Kasi she was the one na talagang apektado. Natuwa rin ako pinasok si Kashka! Kasi nasa States siya ngayon kaya I was afraid na baka maging delikado na. Tas I didn't hear my name. Nung natapos siya, I was mad. Kasi nga, pinasok niya yung isang baguhan na ano... ewan ko ba! Sorry nalang kay ano kaso ganun talaga, eh.

After the talk, we were to resume our training.
I was the first to reach the court.
It was so hard trying to keep myself together.
I was upset kaya I didn't entertain yung mga pagcocomfort ng iba. Well, ganun lang talaga kasi ako. Kasi baka mabuhos ko sa'yo galit ko 'pag ganun. HAHA.
So sorry sa mga na-snob at na-tarayan ko kanina. Thanks sa intention, though.

Sa "team" na gagawin niya.. Kukuha siya ng 15 na players na magagaling, syempre. WALA SIYANG PAKI KUNG BUONG BUHAY MO VOLLEYBALL NA NILALARO MO. Wala siyang paki kung wala kang na-miss na training. Wala siyang paki kung every training, ikaw lagi nagpupulot ng bola without no one else noticing. For short, WALA SIYANG PAKI KUNG IKAW ANG PINAKA DESERVING DAHIL BINUHOS MO DUGO, PAWIS, AT ORAS MO. Wala talaga. Ang concern niya lang ay kung napakagaling mo na, marami ka pang years na pwede mag-train under sa kanya. Tama ba, guys? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Sa MCHSVT-FOR-NOW, hindi bababa ng 23 players ang nasa team..

The thing is, we can't waste our time training all of you because we must focus our attention to certain people who can be in the lineup. We have to have a cut off in order for us to have a stronger team. It's like coaching 2 teams you know, with all the 20+ of you and we're all having a hard time here. Face it, there are some people who are better than you in this sport.....ekekekekekek BLAH ALL BLAH PLEASE! You have to be psychologically ready for the results. In the next few weeks you will have to prove yourself to us in order for us to see how committed you really are into this."

I didn't actually hear it coz I wasn't there. I was running some errands kaya I had to leave earlier than the others.

All those years, wala siyang assistant coaches. Nag-iisa lang siya coaching the varsity team and the club team. Nag-iisa lang siyang nag-coach samin kahit 30+ kami! At hindi lang siya naging coach. Naging kaibigan rin namin siya.
Isa siya sa mga taong totoo samin. Kung may mali man kaming ginagawa, sasabihin niya agad para maitama agad mapa-volleyball man yun or hinde. 'To pa, hindi lang pagvvolleyball ang tinuro niya samin. Tinuruan niya kami kung pano kumilos sa labas ng school. Tinuruan niya kami kung pano maging madiskarte. :-< At sinabihan rin niya kami na one day, magiging ganito ang sitwasyon ng team.

PSH. Never naging ganito ka-drama ang MCHSVT.

Not entirely to her but to myself, too. :| :|

POOPOO, LANGYA.

I just got really really reallyyyy pissed off kanina. Parang, start palang.. I know boses ko na yung maririnig na nagmomotivate sa team in winning that scrimage with the college team, to focus, and iwasan mag-errors. Hanggang sa huli, ganun parin kahit paano.

Nung unang huddle, nung kukuha siya ng first six para sa first set, I was there in front of her. It's fine with me na hindi ako first six, duhh ( because everyone is just greaaat! :> ) and I'm afraid to be one of the first ones to make mistakes and give away points.

Nung mag-sesecond set, which I thought last set na like last monday ( and I hated that day a little, too ), edi huddle.. she even asked kung sino-sino yung mga nasa line up ng Shakey's. So I fuckin' raised my hand. I was in front of her. She saw me already and didn't choose me. That time, okay parin sakin na hindi ako asa second six.

After that set, mga.. 4:20 na sa clock. I remembered nagpasundo ako ng 5. Then malaman namin na mag-thuthird set pa. So instead of leaving, cool down, wash up.. I stayed. Kahit na alam kong dapat nagaayos na ako dahil parating na sundo ko, I took the risk.

So third set. She asked, "Sino pa yung mga natira? Raise your hand." So I raised my hand like the others and approached her. Louise left already so Jeune was the Setter. Dana, Utility. Then blah blah blah. Next thing I knew was I was standing at the sideline feeling totally pissed that I was skipped. That I was not inside that court. That all my sweat has dried up.
Langya! I was right in front of her when she was picking players. As in, straight line! With right hand raised!

Soooo.. dun.. total banas nalang talaga. I wasn't talking anymore. Or annoying my other teammates in playing "Hep Hep Hooray!".. Or screaming "*insert open spiker/quicker/basta-yung-attacker here*, paluin mo!".. I was just standing there with arms crossed. Sobrang, inis talaga.

Then lahat na napasok. Even our one and only freshman (that day) got to play. (Nothing against you, Alithable! :D Just the fact na nabura lang niya yung pride & self-esteem ko dahil natabunan ako ng freshman. >:D< )

Tas I changed my mind. I saw my teammates making errors. I saw my partner Kim inside the court. I started to motivate them again. I kept on telling Kim to stay focused kasi she was pissed din like me nung second set. Nung nagsimula akong magmotivate, puro boses ko nanaman maririnig. Kung teammate kita, magsasawa ka sa boses ko. Haha.

Third set ended. Lahat nakipag-shake-hands sa college team. I didn't join them. :| KASI HELLOO!!! 'Di naman ako nakalaro with them. :| :|

After that, she shouted, "COOL DOWN!".
I was all like..
"FUCK FUCK FUUUCK!!"

"Putangina, natuyo lang pawis ko!
Nag-aksaya ako ng oras!
Nag-antay ako para sa wala! Umasa pa ako!"

"Pucha, pwede bang mag-overload nalang?
Para masabi ko sa sarili kong may nagawa ako sa training?!"

NASAYANG LANG ORAS KO.
SANA NAG-WALLING NALANG AKO NUN
OR FUCKING DO CONDITIONING.

NUNG MONDAY, SCRIMAGE DIN WITH THEM EHH.

Then parang ikaw..

CHOCO-MUCHO'S WAAAAAY BETTER THAN LIFE

9:20pm - My dad left.

At first, silang tatlo nila Ate Nikki and Ate Donna nag-uusap sa dining table. I was at the computer making my previous entry. I could hear their conversation. Before I even got to the computer, nag-uusap na sila. And I could see my sisters' wet eyes.

I just ended my 2nd to the last paragraph at the last entry when my dad told me to call Julian and Ate Ina. That time Kuya Roy was also in the table, tears on his cheeks.

Umakyat ako to call them. Ate Ina was asleep. I told her na pinapababa sila ni Papa to talk. Eh, ayaw niya so.. Just left her in the bed. I know my sister and I bet she knew what was happening downstairs.

Umupo kami ni Julian with our siblings. I knew what was happening because the whole time I was blogging, I was also keeping track of their conversation. I knew he was going somewhere. Sabi niya he'll spend the night at Ninong Jun's. As we sat, medyo nakatingin lang ako somewhere na 'di ko makikita dad ko. But we were all in the same table. I could see my older siblings' faces all wet and red.

Papa said that's he's leaving already.
I wanted to scream at him! "BAKIT DI MO SABIHIN SAMIN KUNG BAKIT KA AALIS? AALIS KA TAS SILA (older sibilings) LANG MAY ALAM?" But I was too late.

I covered my whole face. Kept my eyes shut the whole time. He was leaving and I don't want to see it. Ayoko ma-stuck sa head ko yung picture na umaalis dad ko.

I sensed that he has hugged Julian, Kuya Roy. He touched my arm and I pulled away. I knew he went around the table to get near me. He hugged me and I cried more. I don't want him to even touch me. But he just hugged me tight. Very tight.

Then he left. He reminded us that it will just be this night.. that he will be back tomorrow.

Ate Donna and Kuya Roy drove him to Ninong Jun's place. That was 9:20. I still remember.

9:25 - My mom went downstairs.

Still I can't look at her.
Then more shit happened. Ate Nikki was still crying.. Still making her point..
"Kung nag-uusap lang sana kayo, hindi dadating sa ganito! Hindi kasi kayo nag-uusap. Kaya hindi clear lahat ng bagay. Kahit kami ni Donna naguguluhan."

I wasn't answering until one time. My mom asked us where Ate Ina was.
I said "Tulog po. Ayaw po niya bumaba. Sinabihan ko siya na pinapababa siya ni Papa pero ayaw niya. AYAW KASI NIYA NG GANITO."
Then blah blah blah from Mama. I forgot what she replied to it.
Tas sabi ko, "Pati kami Mama naguguluhan! Di ka na namin kilala!"
Then more words from her.

The moment I got to speak to her like that and tell her that I don't know her anymore, ANG GAAN SOBRA.

MOM BEING... LESS THAN A MOTHER.. LESSER THAN A WIFE TO MY DAD.

IT'S BETTER THAT I AM AT SCHOOL (HAVING MY MIND ON SOME THINGS, LAUGHING MY ASS OFF WITH MY LOVY DOVIES AND GETTING ALL PRESSURED IN TRAINING),
THAN STAYING IN THE HOUSE SEEING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE A FAMILY.

Last night, 6:30 kami naka-uwi. I was from Cara's (Mcdo, Med. City, Makati City for Cara's dress, and Guitar Heroes at her place) and Julian was from her classmate's house for some project. 7pm nakahiga na ako for some reasons. My mom wasn't home. Probably was out for gym. :|
My dad was in the room watching t.v. Pumwesto na ako sa higaan.
He asked, "Matutulog ka na?"
I actually started to tear-up when he talked to me. I gave him a nod.

After few minutes.. Tinanong niya ulit ako, "Kumain ka na ba ng dinner?"
"'Di pa po. Friday ngayon. Abstinence."
"Talaga bang matutulog ka na?"
"Opo. Wala namang gagawin dito."
Buong time nakapikit lang ako. I can't look at him. Not that he did anything stupid but I just see that he's hurt, too. It's better to not look at him.

There. He stood up, gave me the remote, and left the room. Pag-alis niya, pinatay ko yung t.v. and yung lights. I tried to sleep.

Quarter to 8, I was still awake. Nakapikit lang.
Cara texted. She replied dun sa "Thanks Caraaa!:)" which I texted about an hour and a half ago. I replied to her and said good night. Shocked siya, eh. Ang aga talaga ng tulog ko nun. SWEAR FIRST TIME EVERRR :| After that, nakatulog na ako.

12 HOURS AKONG NATULOG KAGABI.
And I woke up starting a bad day, ending it the same way.

A lot of people have been worryin' 'bout prom and shit. Damn, and I'm starting to worry na rin. Duh, I'll be going alone. No date. Stag. Period.
Know why? Coz my parents don't like me getting one. :| It's full of bull but in another angle, it's fine with me being stag. I don't know with other girls. I don't want to be peer pressured in getting a date. I actually have a friend in mind na itatanong ko. I even got a plan already on how I'm gonna ask him. BUUUUUUUTT NOOO! IT WOULD NOT HAPPEN! Unless.. kulitin ko ulit sila Mommy. Kaso baka lalo silang magalit and think I have a boyfriend to bring. LIKE HELLOOOOOOOOO! If I'm gonna get into another relationship, gusto ko ligawan niya ako in a proper way. As in, nagpapakilala sa family ko. That's what I want. I want my family to know every person that's gonna be courting me. And if someone's gonna court me, it'll be in my house or somewhere where my family is near. YON. Like I could never forget my first big birthday party. I was 7 then. There were big balloons everywhere, pink and green. The day before it, I got my outfit. When I got inside the store, this person told me to keep my chin up and not look down. It's like he was telling me that I'm young and there's more to life.

I could never forget how I wanted to be with my grandfather everyday.

I could never forget how my siblings and I used to roller skate inside our house and see who the best skater was.

I could never forget when I broke my mom's blender, slept, and woke up crying and saying sorry to her.

I could never forget my favorite outfit. I would always wear it when we go out of the house.

- You are so deep, ha! ELABORATE ba? :)) Okay. It's with Cara. Gabi's house, sa den. We were playing Wii that time. Cara got the ribbon from Red Ribbon. We took pictures with it using her Canon cam, which has the Color Accent effect. I cropped it using Photoshop CS2 and fixed the contrast/brightness and kinda editted some more with the brush to make some parts in greyscale.

- I wouldn't want to marry.. DIEGO, ang pambansang bading. Hahahaha.

33. Have you ever sung in front of a large audience?
- Yeah, when I was in grade 3. Duet with my friend Bea, back in Holy Spirit School. We sang the song in Prince of Egypt. The song sung by Whitney Houston and Miriah Carey. Ooooh, memories! Tagal na neto. :))

Meantime Girl

She’s the one you call when you’re bored because she makes you laugh. She’s the one you talk to when you’re feeling down because she’s willing to lend an ear and be a friend. She’s not the one you call when you need a date to your company’s Christmas party, or to go dancing with on a Saturday night. She’s the one you spend time with between girlfriends, before you find “The One”.

You know, she’s the one who you keep around in the meantime. She’s not one of the guys, not a tomboy, but you don’t look at her as a “real” woman, either. She’s not bitchy enough, moody enough, or sexy enough to be seen in that light. She’s too laid-back, too easily amused by the same things your male buddies are amused by. She’s too understanding, too comfortable - she doesn’t make you feel nervous or excited the way a “real” woman does.

But she’s cool, and nice, and funny, and attractive enough that when you’re lonely or horny and need intimate female companionship, she’ll do just fine. You don’t have to wine and dine her because she knows the real you already, and you don’t have any facades to keep up, no pretenses to preserve.

You’re not trying to get anything of substance out of her. She’s not easy, but you know that she cares about you and is attracted to you, and that she’ll give you the intimacy you need. And you know you don’t have to explain yourself or the situation, that she’ll be able to cope with the fact that this isn’t the beginning of a relationship or that there’s any possibility that you have any real romantic feelings for her.It won’t bother her that you’ll get up in the morning, put on your pants, say goodbye, and go on a date with the woman you’ve been mooning over for weeks who finally agreed to go out with you. She’ll settle for a goodbye hug and a promise to call her and tell her how the date went. She’s just so cool . . . why can’t all women be like that?!

But deep down, if you really think about it (which you probably don’t because to you, the situation between the two of you isn’t important enough to merit any real thought), you know that it’s really not fair. You know that although she would never say it, it hurts her to know that despite all her good points and all the fun you two have, you don’t think she’s good enough to spend any real time with.

Sure, it’s mostly her fault, because she doesn’t have to give in to your needs - she could play the hard-to-get bitch like the rest of them do, if she really wanted to. But you and she both know that she probably couldn’t pull it off. Maybe she’s too short, or a little overweight, or has a big birthmark on her forehead, or works at a factory. Whatever the reason, somehow life has given her a lot of really great qualities but has left out the ones that men want (or think they want) in a woman.

So she remains forever the funny friend, the steadfast companion, the secret lover, and you go on searching for your goddess who will somehow be everything you ever wanted in a woman. She doesn’t captivate you with her beauty, or open doors with her smile. Mainly she blends in with the crowd. She’s safe. She doesn’t want to be the center of attention and turn the heads of everyone in the room. But she wants to turn someone’s head. She wants to be special to someone, too.

We all do.

She has feelings. She has a heart. In fact, she probably has a bigger and better heart than any woman you’ve ever known because she’s had a front-row seat to The Mess That Is Your Life, and she likes you anyway.

She obviously sees something worthwhile and redeeming in you because although you’ve given her nothing, absolutely no reason to still be around, she is.

Anyway, yeah. I’m a Meantime Girl. Been one for him. For how long, I can’t remember.

I don’t know the reason, really, and at this point I don’t even care. I just want to let every guy know who’s ever had the good fortune to have a Meantime Girl that we may be a lot of fun, but we cry, too. A lot.

And someday we won’t be around.

Just came home from Gabi's place..

Ayon. What happened today?

First, went to Tomas Morato. Starbucks! :> Bought Toffe Nut Frapp. na grande for my sibs then I got my planner. :> :> YES.

Then Mon's house at Sct. Lozano. Sabay kami pupunta sa bahay ni Gabi.

When we got there..

Tas sila Ana, Dandan, Henny, and Via uminom. Pero sila lang. Ana bought Absolut Kurant kasi. Tas hinaluan nila ng Sprite. Si Gabi uminom pero paunti-unti lang. Right Gabs? Then si Henny, nako. :> I shall not elaborate. :D

Tinuro ko kay Cara yung paggamit ng Color Accent and Color Swap. 'Di kasi niya alam pero matagal na sa kanya yung cam niya na yun (Canon). Yeah.

Then sabay kami ni Henny pumuntang Katip. kasi dun kami susunduin. There. I got picked up by 6:10pm. Aww poor Henny got left there at McDo pero nasundo rin naman siya before 6:30.

Then we, Dandan and Frances, went to Starbucks Katip kanina.

Tinignan ko ulit yung planner.

Now I've decided to collect.

So far, I got 3 Christmas Bev. stickers. :| Yeah.

3 down, 21 more to go.

It sucks that the planner doesn't go along with freebies.
Freebies are love. I remember, yung 2006 planner meron. Then it stopped when they launched the 2007 planner.

Nakakainis rin kasi nagdagdag sila ng tatlong kape. Last year, you just have to get 21. Ngayon, 24 na.

And they got a new policy.

"A no promo card, no sticker, no extension policy will be strictly implemented across all stores."

If you forgot your card at home, you can't get the receipt and go back to the store with your card, and then ask them for the sticker/s.

You just get another card. Having multiple cards does not really mean having multiple planners.

"Combination of only two (2) promotional cards are allowed to redeem one (1) Limited Edition Starbucks Coffee 2008 Planner."

So, there. Just sharing. And. Letting you know that I'll be collecting.

few months ago.. i promised myself not to fall for someone and not let someone fall for me. I have been keeping that promise to myself for some time now. and now, i am asking myself, "tama ba ginagawa ko?".

minsan naiinggit ako sa masasayang tao. kase nagsisisi ako kung bakit pinabayaan kong mawala sakin yung kasiyahan ko noon. pinababayaan kong maging ganito na lamang yung buhay ko.

i dont know why i feel and/or think this way. there are just times that my perspective in life changes in a snap. like.. 8 minutes ago, i am wishing my life at present is one of the worst. and NOW.. im thinking that i am blessed and PRICELESS (woot. Sir Bolanos!!).

I am thinking that God is just testing my faith in Him. He is giving me these trials. He wants me to prove to others that whatever happens to me, I will be believing in Him. And, of all the millions of people right now who aren't able to walk, stand, sit, talk, run, jump, play, EAT, LAUGH, SMILE, move, think properly, LOVE.. i am.. blessed. and supposed to be happy.

I shouldn't be throwing my life away. :|

kanina.. lumabas kami. mga 1:00 kasi, tumawag si mama. sabi niya na pumunta daw kaming tatlo sa SM. dalin raw namin yung ibang gamit ni ate nikki na kailangan para maayos na yung papers. 1:30 asa SM na kami.. ayun, kukuha dapat kami sa Sun.. pero ang badtrip kasi ang daming papers na kailangan!! tas sobrang daming complications! haha!

tas pumunta kami ng greenhills.. himala nga e, hindi kami nagpunta ng tiangge! dun kami sa virra mall.

bumili kami ng watch ni mama from fossil. tas bumili rin kaming tatlo ng watch namen. hindi siya orig. haha! they are less than 600 bucks! sabi kasi ni mama na bibilhan niya kami ng orig na watches pag na-keep namin tong watches namen ngayon for at least 1year! yey! haha!

after namin dun, nagpunta kami sa bentahan ng mga cellphones.. ayun, bumili si ate nikki ng Motorola V3x na Hot Pink and brand new. tas binilhan ni mama si ate ina ng Motorola L6 since matagal na siyang walang cellphone.

parang gusto ko na nga rin magpalit ng unit e! kaso ayoko muna gumastos nang malaki..

4th day of classes

oh well.. mejo madaming homeworks today! pero buti kanina walang guidance period kaya dun ko ginawa homeworks ko sa school. AT BUTI NALANG DI KO NA KAILANGAN I-UWI YUNG BIOLOGY BOOK!!! nabasa ko na rin kasi sa school yung 2 pages na pinapabasa. isipin mo?!! 2 pages lang babasahin mo, tas mag uuwi ka ng napaka kapal na libro?!! haha. LOL.

last year, tambak kami ng diagnostic tests. kahapon, puro diagnostic tests. ngayon, puro diagnostic tests. sinong di nagsasawa? pakukulong ko! haha! kidding..

nakalimutan ko kanina magdala ng lock para sa locker. buti nalang si kashka merong lock! e hindi naman chinecheck ng teacher nila.. kaya.. pinahiram niya sakin. bwaha! kaso nung nag dismissal na.. di ko siya nakita.. tas, nakalimutan ko i-balik. ngayon, nasa drawer ko yung lock. sana lang di ko makalimutan bukas!

dami ko na nakakalimutan nowadays.. like nung weekend, hindi ko na-fix yung nails ko. buti hindi chineck nung monday. tas kagabe, nakahiga na ako. tsaka ko lang naalala na kailangan ko mag-cut ng nails. e ako, pag tumayo na ako, mawawala yung antok ko! late nanaman ako makakatulog! kaya di ko na na-cut kagabi. sabi ko tomorrow morning nalang. e late kami nagising kanina! wala! nakalimutan nanaman!! waah!

mamaya nalang ako mag-ccut.. tinatamad ako e. sana.. SANA LANG TALAGA.. maalala ko mmya. hahaha!

since wednesday up to thursday, we have been on the mall.

nung wednesday (after training), we went to greenhills. nag-shop si Summer ng mga shoes and jeans. i bought a pair of flip-flops sa Banana Peel. cost me P130.

thursday, we went to SM Mall Of Asia (again).. nag palamig lang. and nag ikot-ikot. ice-skating nga dapat kami kaso lang.. julian and i were wearing flip-flops and weren't able to bring some pairs for us. hehehe!

yesterday, friday, after training. we went to Galleria. I bought my Gallaz flip-flops at the East Wing of the mall. cost me P395. its very soft.

today... wala yung cousins ko sa house. nag-vacation sila sa Crystal Beach! di kami sumama kasi nag-commit na si mami kila Tita Alma na pupunta kami sa kanila today. hehehe! kaya naka bihis kaming lahat ngayon. di ko lang alam kung what time kami pupunta. haha!

yesterday, we went to Libis. we decided to watch X-Men at 4:20. mejo maaga pa kami dun. sila tito eph, tito jun, summer, kuya kev, kuya jaybug, and ate nikki, nag pa-massage sa Solemates. 1 hour sila doon. habang kami, nag Powerstation!!!! wooo!! kami ni kuya roy, linaro namin yung barilan. sobrang nakakangawit!!! rifle kasi, hindi pistol.. pero it was a good experience to try it! nakaka-addict!! i wish i could go again! haha! nag basketball din kami para may tickets naman..

tapos nung nakita ko, available na yung drums! gawa na siya! edi nag drums ako! wala pang 1 minute, tinawag na ako kasi manonood na kami ng movie!!! grabe ang sayang nun! pagtalikod ko, nakita ko may naglalaro na sa binayaran kong arcade game!!! ka banas yun! hahaha!

pag pasok ko sa movie house.. linamig ako agad! kasi naka denim skirt ako, red lacoste, and flip-flops. SINONG HINDI LALAMIGIN? biglaan kasi yung pag-watch ng movie e!! haha! buti may dalang jacket pinsan ko! haha!

after ng movie, nag-dinner kami sa Tiendesitas. nagkita kami ni Mela Diaz! and from afar, nakita ko rin si chato! ata. 95% sure lang. saraaaap ng fooood! nung patapos na kami, biglang UMULAN! tas may tumutulo pala sa inuupuan ni ate donna! hahaha! umalis na rin kami dun, pumunta kami sa doggies! yes! punta muna kami ng K9 couture. andun si Julie. chit-chat lang ng onte.. bumili ng leash ni Beans. dala nga ni Julie yung dog niya na Shihtzu e!! ambigat! tas ang cute cute pa! hahaha!

dahil sa lakas ng ulan, nag bbrown-out!! naka tatlong tries ata yun! tas sa wakas, nag brown-out na nang todo. napagod! hahaha! may pictures nga kami e! ewan ko lang kung nalipat na sa computer.

then umuwi na rin kami.. mga 9:30 ata yun ...

okay.. yesterday (May 20, 2006)... nagpunta ako ng SM Mall of Asia. kasama ko 4 siblings ko and 2 cousins. grabe, ang laki ng mall!! super! i read one article kanina na 400,000 square meters yung buong lot. :O grabeysious! laki!

nung papasok palang kami, nakita ko na yung mall from afar. nalula ako! ang lapad niya! pero 2 floors lang. pumunta na agad kami sa Jollibee kasi dun namin i-mimeet si Sir Jonx. kumain kami ng lunch sa Jollibee. after namin kumain, inikot namin yung mall kasama si Sir Jonx. Sobrang nanakit mga paa namin kakalakad! maslalo na kaming mga girls! kasi opening yun ng lahat, tas ininvite kami ni Sir Jonx, syempre dapat mukha naman kaming decent, presentable, and a little formal. so ako, ate ina, and ate donna, mga naka HIGH HEELS!! KAMUSTA NAMAN YON! ang tangkad ko! kaya sumasama nalang ako sa mga cousins na na sobrang tatangkad. hahaha!

anyway, ayun na nga. to describe the inside of the mall, malaki parin. maluwag siya. maluwag yung daanan ng tao. meron pa ngang mga naka-park na golf carts for Senior Citizens/handicappeds/just-plain-old-people-who-can't-walk-the-whole-mall. meron paring mga small shop stalls sa gitna pero di naman siya hastle sa mga shoppers.

madaming stores dun. especially yung stores na talagang favorite mo. like BAYO, Kashieca, Zara, SCHU, Mango (but will open sa June 15 pa), For Me, Plains and Prints, Folded and Hung, and A WHOLE LOT MORE!!! lahat ng mga shops na binibilhan mo pero can't find in just ONE mall, now you can! "so just shop at SM MALL OF ASIA because 'We've got it all.. for.. you!' " hahaha!! okay.. jokening..

so ayun na nga.. napunta kami sa theatre pero di kami nanood ng movie. meron rin palang olympic sized skating rink doon. pero di rin namin tinry since we didn't really brought a lot of money to spend the whole day there having all the fun we can get.

Halos na-ikot namin yung buong mall trying to find an exit papunta sa kabilang building. finally, nakakita kami. kasi dun pumapasok and lumalabas mga VIP's and deliverers and caterers. since yun yung pinaka convenient, and nakikita naman namin na madaming pumapasok at lumalabas dun, dun na kami lumabas. sobrang nananakit na talampakan ko nun!

we crossed the street papunta sa kabilang building. kaso, yung building na yun, hindi ata naka-ON yung air-con. maybe because wala pa namang masyadong mga shops na nag-open pero mag-oopen palang.

anyway, dun sa building na yun.. andun yung timezone and quantum powerstation.. open na sila. tas nakita ko sa ibang windows dun na mag-oopen yung EGG, netopia, Power Books.. so i guess na pinagsama-sama nila yung mga shops by theme. :D

nag-stay nalang kami sa power station. tas si Sir Jonx, bumalik na rin sa Jollibee. ayus yung mga games dun! kahit hindi ganun ka rami.. yung iba naman, unique. first time ko lang makakita ng game featuring bonggows (just the pronounciation. not sure of the spelling e. hehe), tambourines, and yung large drums na ginagamit ng mga chinese. haha!it was really fun!

after namin mag powerstation, hinahanap na kami ng mom namin.. so uuwi na rin kami. nung bandang nasa skating rink na kami, biglang sumulpot sila GELO and NIKO!! kakagulat!! bigla lang mang mangdadamba! kamusta naman yon!! hahaha! ayun, nag "hi", "hello", "ingat" lang.. then nag-proceed kami sa Jollibee para magpaalam kay Sir Jonx na aalis na nga kami. Nag-stay kami sa Jollibee for a little while.. inantay lang namin yung driver.

Nung lumabas na kami... may nakita kaming mahabang golf cart! sabi ni Sir Jonx parang yun daw yung KALESA sa Tiendesitas. Umiikot-ikot lang yun around the mall. haha!

okay... uhhh... today is wednesday. training kanina sa school.
maaga nanaman ako nagising.
mga 6:30 ako naligo.
7:15 kami umalis ng house.
hinatid namin si ate nikki sa MRT, then
dumeretso na sa Miriam.

dun ulit kami sa Sport's Com. nag train.
ang aga nga dumating ni Issa e! pag dating ko andun na siya sa bleachers!
sayang, si Marian hindi naka-train kasi wala siyang transpo sabi ni Sir Ed.
nakaka pagod din training kanina (as always?! haha!).

una, warm up muna kami. kaming mga beginners nag-jogging for only 4 minutes samantalang yung varsity 10 minutes!!! :O!!!! haha!
nag body-conditioning kami. mga sit-ups, push-ups, back-ups, tip-toes, etc.
nag ball-handling din kami. tas nag practice ng cross-steps.
tas nag approach approach na kami! talagang ang tiring!! dehydrating din for me.. Sobra!
we did this approach na dapat mabilis. tatalon ka sa harap ng net, then you walk to 2 steps back, ikot, step your left foot, then backswing...approach na!!

onga pala, we trained with a NET! kailangan iwasan namin yung tira nang tira sa gitna ng net para hindi siya masira.

anyway... pagkatapos ng training, maliligo na dapat kami ni Issa dun sa banyo sa bandang bamboo area. kaso, WALANG TUBIG!!! kasi parang yung naghuhukay daw sa labas, na tamaan yung tubo ek ek.

so naligo nalang kami sa may banyo dun sa sports com. kaso, kailangan mo antayin turn mo kasi isa lang magagamit mo. yung isa kasi, may malaking balde na nakaharang tas may mga tabo tabo pa.

so, ayun.. nag library kami ni Issa kasama sila Meme, Cara, and Leslie. nag computer kami dun. ako, nag "Wheel Of Fortune". si Issa nag "Hangaroo"! hahaha! di ko lang alam kila meme kung anong ginawa nila. Bratz ata e. haha! umalis din ako ng library para i-check yung sundo ko.. kaso, wala parin...

kumain nalang ako ng Lunch with Maybel and Chesca. sila, kumain ng BACON!!! with rice.. kaso naubusan ako ng bacon so nag BARBECUE nalang ako.. kumain kami sa MMJ. tas biglang namalayan ko, NAIWAN KO YUNG ICE TEA KO SA HIGH SCHOOL!!!!!!!!! kaya bumili nalang ako sa Grade School Covered Court. pero mas MALAKI! hahaha!! BELAT! :P

after namin kumain, kwentuhan ng konti. then sabi ko sa kanila na i-che-check ko lang yung sundo. e, wala pa.. so pumunta muna ako sa high school para bumili ng Mentos. nakita ko din sila Sheila and Issa. Paalis na sila. nung palabas na ako, sakto, kakadating lang ng sundo. umalis na rin ako.

Sinundo ako, then punta ng Ateneo para i-hatid sila ate Ina sa Review nila.
1:00 ako na-sundo.

anyway... yun na nga, nahatid na namin sila sa AHS. tinext ko si mama na tumawag sakin. balik sana ako ng MC para maka-bayad ng tution ng sister ko ( Julian ) and sa volleyball. pinayagan naman ako ni mama. di ako naka-bayad ng tuition ni Julian kasi kailangan pa pala ng report card.. e hindi ko dala.. so tomorrow nako magbabayad para sa tuition niya.

bumalik ako sa MMJ.. nakisama sandali kila Chesca. nag-volley kami nang konti.

tas si Chesca, (sabi niya kasi lagay ko to sa blog), naghilamos siya sa FOUNTAIN! mas malamig kasi yung tubig dun.. tsaka yun yung pinaka malapit na area kung san pwede mag hugas. HAHAHA! nag hilamos siya as in yung hilamos na may SABON!!!!! wala namang natirang sabon sa fountain kaya safe naman uminom dun. HAHAHA!!!

after some time, bumalik ako sa High School para mag bayad ng Volleyball.. ayun, nakabayad naman ako. :>

bumalik ulit ako sa MMJ. nag-hang-out lang dun with Maybs and Chesca. kwentu-kwentuhan lang.. then ka text ko rin sa mama. sabi ko na nasa MC ako nag aantay hindi sa Ateneo kasi ayoko naman maiwan kasama yung driver NOH! dinaanan nalang ako ni mama and tito romulo sa MC then umuwi na...

yesterday, i had my training again at school for volleyball. nag-train naman kami for the first time sa sports com a.k.a "high school covered court".

then pag-uwi, nag-computer ako sandali.. then natulog na rin. hahaha! yun naman lagi yung ginagawa ko pagtapos ng training e.

bandang 6pm nagising ako... after some time, dumating din sila gelo, niko, lenon, and jonji. magppractice yung band nila. sayang lang hindi ganun ka successful yung practice nila since walang VOCALIST! absent si marco. hahaha! may taping ata siya.

around 7, nag-aya si papa na pumunta kila tito jun kaya sinama niya kami nila ate ina, leaving the guys at the house.

8:00 umuwi rin sila kugar.
